Try This Smoothie Bowl!

1 frozen banana 
1 cup of frozen fruit of your choice (mango or acai is a favorite around here) 
3 Tbsp of nut milk of your choice or water
1 scoop of greens superfood blend, reds superfood blend, and/or raw cricket protein powder 
Your favorite toppings -- nut butter, nuts, fruit, coconut flakes, hemp seeds, flax seeds, granola, etc.)  

Add frozen berries and banana to a blender and blend on low. Add a nut milk or water and blend on low again until the mixture reaches a soft serve consistency. Add or stir in the powder of your choice. Scoop into 1-2 serving bowls, top with desired toppings, and enjoy this refreshing bowl.
