Blueberry & Cricket Protein Oats
Not your regular oats, these are packed with protein, nutrients and lots of yummy benefits for you.


  • 1/2 cup of frozen blueberries
  • 1 serving of oats
  • 1 serving of Cricket Protein powder of your choice
  • Toppings: nuts, nut butter, fruit, granola, etc

Cook the oats and frozen blueberries together with two thirds the amount of water the oats call for. Once cooked, stir in the cricket protein powder. Top with toppings of choice. We chose a banana and chopped nuts!
