Fluffy Pancakes with Cricket Protein

A nutrient packed breakfast to start the day on the right track. Just add a scoop—or two— of your chosen Cricket Protein Powder. 


  • 1 cup of oats
  • 1-2 servings of your preferred Cricket Protein Powder
  • 1 banana
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp of baking powder
  • Cinnamon, nutmeg, and vanilla extract to taste
  • Toppings: maple syrup, fruit, nut butter, chocolate chips.
Run everything through a blender until you have reached even consistency. Heat up a griddle or pan to medium heat. Cook pancakes in coconut oil or oil/butter of your choice. Top with anything you'd like! We're banana pancake fans!
