Easy, quick, nourishing, and oh-so green.
Ingredients
- 2 large handfuls of Spinach (or kale or a mix of both)
- 2 Stalks of Celery
- 1 Cucumber
- 1 Green Apple
- Ginger nugget
- 1 Lemon
- 1-2 scoops of Green Cricket Protein Blend
Preparation
Prep the ingredients by chopping enough to fit in the blender and place everything in. Fill the blender with water up to about ¾ of the mixture. Blend until liquid. Strain (if you desire) and separate into Mason jars or glasses.
Drink and enjoy your fresh green juice!
