Ingredients
- Gluten free toast (or toast of your choice)
- 1 ripe avocado
- Microgreens of your choice
- Green goddess dressing recipe (link the green goddess salad dressing here)
- Salt & Pepper
- Red pepper for seasoning (optional)
Preparation
Prep the Green Goddess Salad Dressing. (link) Toast 2 slices of bread until desired crispness is reached. Half the avocado, remove the pit, and peel the skin off (the skin should peel off no problem when the avocado is in perfect ripe condition). Mash the avocado on toasted bread. Sprinkle with microgreens, salt, pepper, and optional red pepper for added spice.
Drizzle with the Green Goddess dressing.
