- Salt, pepper & olive oil for roasting
- Water (or coconut milk for a creamier soup)
- 4 scoops of raw Cricket Protein powder
- Optional: cinnamon, nutmeg, and/or turmeric for added flavor
Roast carrots with olive oil, salt, and pepper in the oven until browned. Transfer to a blender and blend the carrots with a cup of water—adding more water as needed. Add raw garlic, ginger, and cricket protein powder. Be careful with the raw ingredients. Start small and gradually add. Add spices for more depth. If there is too much ginger, it’s best served cold. Eat right away or let it cool and store for later.
