Yummy Roasted Moroccan Veggies with Cricket Protein

Fresh, crisp, and full of color. Packed with the most amazing nutrients and so much flavor. 


  • 2 tsp Ginger
  • 1 tsp Cumin
  • 1 tbsp Turmeric
  • 2 tsp Paprika
  • 1 tsp Chili powder
  • A pinch of Pepper
  • 1 tsp Garlic
  • 2 tsp Cinnamon 
  • 2 tsp raw Cricket Protein Powder of your choice 
  • Grapeseed oil (or oil of your choice) 


Preheat the oven to 375 F. Wash, prep, and cut your veggies. Mix the spice blend together. Spread the veggies out on a baking sheet. Evenly cover the veggies in oil and the spice mix. Roast for about 20 minutes depending on your oven and how thick you cut the veggies. They should have a nice roasted look when they are finished. Put on top of rice, quinoa, or a salad, and enjoy!
