Green Goddess Salad Dressing with Cricket Protein

The greenest, most delicious—and nutritious—salad dressing there is. 


  • ⅓ cup fresh basil
  • ⅓ cup fresh parsley
  • ⅓ cup fresh cilantro 
  • ¾ cup filtered water
  • 3-4 garlic cloves, peeled
  • 2 avocados
  • 1 scoop Green Cricket Protein Blend
  • ½ cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tbsp fresh squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 tsp salt


Add washed herbs to the blender with filtered water. Blend until smooth. Add in garlic, avocado, greens, olive oil, vinegar, lemon juice and Green Cricket Protein Blend powder to the mixture and blend again. 
Store in the fridge and serve over salad, pasta, avocado toast, or more!
