- 1⁄2 – 1 inch fresh ginger
- 1⁄2 cup kale or spinach
- 1⁄2 cup almond milk
- 1⁄2 cup water
- 1 tsp almond butter or other nut butter
- 1 small frozen banana
- 1⁄2 tsp each of cinnamon and nutmeg
- 1 tbsp Green Cricket Protein Blend powder
- 4-6 ice cubes
Blend ingredients together. Add more liquid or ice if the consistency is too thin or thick for your preference.
