The perfect green blend to boost your energy while providing all essential vitamins, amino-acids, and minerals.


  • 1 1/2 cups almond or non-dairy milk
  • 3 medium kale leaves with ribs removed 
  • 1/2 cup or a handful baby spinach
  • 2 Tablespoons (14 g) of Green Cricket Protein Blend
  • 2 whole dates, pitted
  • 1 small frozen banana
  • 1/4 of a cucumber
  • 1/2 avocado

Blend ingredients together. Add more liquid or ice if the consistency is too thin or thick for your preference. Add more dates for sweetness.
