Ingredients
- 1/2 cup cashews (or a nut of your choice)
- 1/2 cup almonds (or a nut of your choice)
- 1/2 cup of gluten-free rolled oats (or regular rolled oats)
- 15 dates soaked in water for 10 minutes and then drained
- Coconut Flakes
- 2 scoops of Green Cricket Protein Blend powder
Preparation
Put all the ingredients above in a food processor. Process until well incorporated and sticking together. Form into balls and store in the fridge.
