Ingredients
- Your favorite sandwich bread (we choose gluten free!)
- Eggs
- Cinnamon
- Vanilla
- Raw Cricket Protein Powder
- Maple syrup (for sweetness)
- Pinch of salt
Preparation
Heat up a medium frying pan. While the pan is heating up, mix the eggs, cinnamon, vanilla, raw cricket protein, salt, and maple syrup in a bowl. Grease the pan with butter, coconut oil, or any oil of your choice. Place a sandwich slice in the egg mixture, cover thoroughly, and place on the pan. While on the pan, you can sprinkle a tad more cinnamon on the top if desired. Flip when slightly brown on one side and wait for the other side to cook evenly.
