An incredibly delicious way to enjoy our Green Cricket Protein Blend with pasta, pizza, or bread.
- Ground organic beef (or plant-based meat of your choice)
- Spicy chicken sausage
- 1 can of diced tomatoes
- 1 can of tomato sauce (garlic and basil)
- 1/2 can of tomato paste
- 3 bell peppers & 1 red pepper
- 1 onion
- Oregano, basil, salt & pepper
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 4 scoops of Green Cricket Protein Blend
Sauté garlic in olive oil for a minute. Mix in the chopped onions and sauté a bit more. Mix in the chopped peppers. Cook meat in a separate pan until it is no longer red. Mix it into the pot with peppers and onions. Season it with red pepper for spice. Cook on high to brown everything in the pot. Deglaze pan with red wine. Bring to a slight boil. Throw in tomatoes, paste, and sauce. Boil. Throw in spices and the Green Cricket Protein Blend. Simmer and taste.
